表現の教室、シーズンワークショップや英語アトリエなどで子ども達を見守る講師陣
栗林大空（Jiyuu Kuribayashi）
「Ladybug Learning Project」代表。小田原市出身、茅ヶ崎市在住。2児の母。IT企業や化学研究所に勤務の後、出産を機に神奈川県内のモンテッソーリ教育を実施するインターナショナルスクールに4年間勤務。子どもの主体的な表現活動を見守る教育アプローチ「レッジョエミリア・アプローチ」に心惹かれ、その在り方を多くの人と共有しようと、2019年「Ladybug Learning Project」をスタート。茅ヶ崎市、藤沢市、鎌倉市を拠点にさまざまな親子向けプログラムを展開し、表現活動を通した親子の心地よい関りを伝えている。このあり方が社会の当たり前になり、プロジェクトを廃業できる日を思い描き、創造の種を撒き続ける。

Children are so inspiring and a huge source of learning material for me. I was so amazed by how capable and creative children are, which encourage me to start thinking and learning about what adults could do to cultivate those inborn abilities.
I believe that being able to think creatively and flexibly (think outside the box) are very important in our modern society. Every children is a CREATIVE THINKER, just that when we grow up in the environment where is full of restrictions and rules, we seem to forget how to think the way we were when we were children. How to keep this inborn ability with the children while they are growing up?
We are born with the ability to solve problems, and during the problem-solving process we explore, we think and we learn. I believe that ARTS and PLAY are the two main factors to trigger this process in young children. And through this learning process, children’s creative-thinking ability is trained when the right approach is applied. I think a right approach should contain these elements, “RICH ENVIRONMENT and MATERIALS, SPACE with FREEDOM, and most importantly RESPECT”.

コーディネーター・森木真子 （sanako moriki）
沖縄出身。広島市立大学 芸術学部 映像情報科 大学院 博士前期課程 修了。絵本やアニメーションを研究、制作する。
2001年からイラストレーターとして活動をはじめる。同時にチーム シータプロジェクトとして映像、アートイベントや、迷子堂ユニットでアニメーションを制作する。
2009年から子育てを機に仕事を休止中。
子育てを通して子どもの世界に多く刺激を受ける。2011年震災や原発の問題に直面し、自分の子ども時代をふり返り、子ども達に何を伝え、残していけるのかを真剣に考えるようになる。
これから子ども達とアートや表現を通した探究ができるアートスクールを勉強、計画中。

男女2児の母。
化学系大学を卒業後、半導体、医薬品メーカーに勤務 出産を機に退職
個人の意見を大切にする欧米文化に憧れ、こどもが2歳のときにおうち英語をスタート 。
積極的なこどもに育ってほしいという思いの反面、消極的な娘を自己表現が苦手を思い、克服するために様々な習い事に通わせたり、私自身も様々なセミナーを受講。
その中で出会った人たちの言葉に刺激を受け、
こどもが自分の内側にある感性をたくさん表に出している時がとても輝いていることに気づく。
自己の感性をたくさん表に出し、自らを愛し、大切にする人を育む家族を応援するため 2024年藤沢市に親子のアートスペースを開設。
子育てに奔走するママと共にこどものキラキラ光る瞬間を探し、喜び「自分てステキ！」と思えるこどもを育てるお手伝いができる場所をつくって行きたいと思います。
